We work with international partners and have successfully launched more than 650 satellites into orbit — with further growth ahead. Our international team ensures that satellites are launched safely and successfully — and to make that possible, we also need someone who keeps everything running smoothly in the office.

To keep our office operations running smoothly, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on support person in the operational office environment. This position is designed as a practical support role focused on day-to-day tasks and organization.

• You run errands within Berlin (e.g. hardware store, supermarket, parcel pickup).
• You purchase drinks, snacks and office supplies and restock regularly.
• You keep track of inventory and reorder items when needed.
• You assist with setting up and rearranging workstations.
• You handle small repairs in the office.
• You coordinate contractors and delivery services on site.
• You support internal office events.
• You take on spontaneous tasks as they arise in daily office operations.

• You are fluent in German.
• You have a valid driver’s license (Class B required).
• You are confident driving in Berlin city traffic.
• You enjoy hands-on and practical work.
• You work independently and reliably.
• You stay organized and keep track of multiple small tasks.
• You are comfortable with physical or practical tasks.
