Damit unser Büroalltag reibungslos funktioniert, suchen wir eine zuverlässige, praktische Unterstützung im operativen Office-Bereich. Diese Position ist bewusst als hands-on Support-Funktion konzipiert und legt den Fokus auf praktische Aufgaben und eigenständige Organisation im Tagesgeschäft. Sie richtet sich an Bewerber:innen, die Freude an pragmatischer Arbeit und klaren Abläufen haben.

Ihre Aufgaben

Du erledigst Besorgungen im Raum Berlin (z. B. Baumarkt, Supermarkt, Pakete abholen).
Du kaufst Getränke, Snacks und Bürobedarf ein und füllst alles regelmäßig auf.
Du behältst den Überblick über Lagerbestände und bestellst nach, wenn etwas fehlt.
Du hilfst beim Auf- und Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen.
Du übernimmst kleinere Reparaturen im Büro.
Du koordinierst Handwerker oder Lieferdienste vor Ort.
Du unterstützt bei internen Events.
Du übernimmst spontane Aufgaben, wenn im Büro etwas anfällt.

Ihr Profil

Du sprichst fließend Deutsch.
Du hast einen gültigen Führerschein Klasse B (Pflicht).
Du bist sicher im Berliner Stadtverkehr.
Du packst gerne mit an.
Du arbeitest zuverlässig und selbstständig.
Du bist organisiert und behältst auch bei vielen kleinen Aufgaben den Überblick.
Du hast kein Problem mit praktischer oder körperlicher Arbeit.

Exolaunch GmbH is a leading global provider of launch services for small satellites. We work with international partners and have successfully launched more than 650 satellites into orbit — with further growth ahead. Our international team ensures that satellites are launched safely and successfully — and to make that possible, we also need someone who keeps everything running smoothly in the office.

To keep our office operations running smoothly, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on support person in the operational office environment. This position is designed as a practical support role focused on day-to-day tasks and organization.

Your mission

You run errands within Berlin (e.g. hardware store, supermarket, parcel pickup).
You purchase drinks, snacks and office supplies and restock regularly.
You keep track of inventory and reorder items when needed.
You assist with setting up and rearranging workstations.
You handle small repairs in the office.
You coordinate contractors and delivery services on site.
You support internal office events.
You take on spontaneous tasks as they arise in daily office operations.

Your profile

You are fluent in German.
You have a valid driver’s license (Class B required).
You are confident driving in Berlin city traffic.
You enjoy hands-on and practical work.
You work independently and reliably.
You stay organized and keep track of multiple small tasks.
You are comfortable with physical or practical tasks.
